Late Policy: Any client that is 10 minutes or more late for scheduled appointment, will be cancelled and charged for FULL SERVICE. Until service is paid in full... No other service can be booked.

Late Payment Policy: Any client that has a declined payment, needs to update card, or has a card that does not allow payment; has until the end of the day of the appt day to submit a payment. If payment is not submitted within the same day of the appt future appts. will be cancelled. Client's current slot will be given to a client who is on the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy Any cancellation within 24hours of appt will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, any no-show appt will be charged for ENTIRE appt slot. Clients 10 minutes or more late are considered a NO-SHOW and will be charged for the FULL-SERVICE. Please allow 24 hours notice of any cancellation so that the appt space can be given to another client with proper notice, no fee will be charged for 24 hour+ notice cancellations. Please note if a client has multiple or continuous cancellations their slot will be cancelled.

Missed Appointment Policy If a client misses their appt for ANY REASON, (overslept, traffic, etc) without notice it is considered a NO-SHOW, this appt slot MUST BE PAID IN FULL before another appt can be scheduled.
